About Me.

Hey! I'm Dani- and I've never quite fit into a neat little box.

People have called me sassy, intense, too much...but the truth is, I just feel things deeply and care a lot. I used to think I had to shrink that down. Now I know- it's my superpower. 

​

Before I opened Spectacular Life, I spent 18 years in veterinary medicine. I loved my career, providing top notch anesthesia care and providing post operative rehabilitation services. But eventually, I reached a point where I had to stand my ground on something I believed in. And when I did, I lost my job.

​

It felt like the floor dropped out from under me.  But sometimes, that's how God opens the door to a whole new path. 

​

Life has thrown me through seasons of injury, healing, motherhood, faith, divorce, re-marriage, and starting over- again and again. And through all those rebuilds; I found something I never expected: Strength. Not the kind that gets applause, but the kind that gets you out of bed when your soul feels heavy. The kind that quietly changes everything. 

​

That's the kind of strength I help women find.

I'm a NASM certified personal trainer. Senior Fitness Specialist and an Active Life Professional.  That means I don't guess- I assess. I don't just push workouts- I help you build resilience from the inside out. Whether you're navigating chronic pain, recovering from surgery, or just feeling stuck in your body, we'll find a path forward that actually fits your life.

But more than that- this is about legacy.

I believe when a woman understands her body, builds confidence in her strength, and learns how to care for herself without guilt, everything changes.  For her kids. Her relationships. Her future. I coach for the ripple effect- so the next generation doesn't grow up thinking exhaustion is normal, or weakness is inevitable.

This studio isn't just a gym. It's personal.  It's built on prayers, movement, connection and deep respect for your story.  Every program I write, every session I coach, is tailored to you- because you are not a project to be fixed. You're a woman with history, purpose and so much still ahead.
